YOU SHOULD DO IN RAMADHAN!

These are the following things that we SHOULD do during (fasting) RAMADHAN month.


First, Tarawih Prayer is closely related to Ramadhan. The prayer that we do after Isya'.


Second, when you are fasting Ramadhan, you should eat "sahur" in last minutes and have ta'jil early.


Third, Qiyamul Lail which means to pray in the midnight of ramadhan.


Fourth, consider the foods that you should eat and avoid as follows:
 
Foods to eat at (Suhoor):
- Slow digesting foods; such as grains and seeds like barley, wheat, oats, semolina, beans, lentils, etc
- Fiber contained food; such as wheat, grains and seeds, vegetables (green beans, peas, spinach, beetroot, etc), fruits, dried fruits (dried apricots, figs, prunes and almonds, etc)
- Foods consumed must be well-balanced, e.g. appropriate portions of fruit & veg, meat/fish etc, bread/cereals and dairy products


Foods to avoid at (Suhoor):
- Avoid eating fried foods and salty foods, they are unhealthy and might make you more thirsty
- Make sure to drink lots of water (fluids)
- Don't overfill your stomach
- Dates and milk are the best
